Alan has extensive business and technology leadership experience in the US and internationally with large multinational companies. He has also been CEO of several technology-based entrepreneurial ventures including most recently Chief Executive Officer and a Director of IVDesk a managed service provider. Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of St. Thomas’ Schulze School of Entrepreneurship in the Opus College of Business.

Alan holds an MBA (1985) from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Kevin Crum

Kevin has over 35 years of global Human Resource leadership experience including corporate executive roles and as a trusted advisor. As a consultant, he has been an executive advisor to more than 50 Fortune 500 organizations for Operational Assessment, HR Organization Design, HCM Solution Architecture, Service Center Deployment, and Transformation Management.

Kevin holds a M.A. in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Illinois in Urbana.

Jobi Varghese

Jobi is a Human Resources Technology professional with extensive experience In leading full lifecycle projects including implementation, quality assurance, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, GAP analysis and budget analysis.

He has many years of experience implementing full cycle Workday projects for small, medium and large market clients as a certified consultant. Areas of Expertise includes HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Security, Data Conversion, LMS and Business Process per functional area.

Jobi holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Computer Networking.
